Based in Perth Western Australia, 22 year old Carl Dowling is considered one of the up and coming stars of the Australian Sprintcar scene. Carl began his Sprintcar career at the tender age of 17 after a successful beginning in the junior sedan category, which included State and Australasian titles. Carl stamped his mark on Western Australian sprintcars when he became the youngest feature race winner in the AHG Sprintcar Series to date at 18 years old. Carl is also one of only two drivers to have captured an AHG Sprintcar Series feature race victory in a 360ci powered car in the nine year history of the series.
